The Community Family Health Center in Kokomo features 18 examination rooms, a treatment room, its own laboratory and x-ray equipment.
The Center's telephones are answered 24 hours a day. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on alternate Saturdays. Additionally, the Center offers free valet parking for patients.

Our Greentown office also offers lab services. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday hours alternate with our Kokomo office.
