The physician resources at Community Family Health Center are committed to providing you with this kind of personal attention, whenever you need us.
The Community Family Health Center, adjacent to Howard Community Hospital, was developed in order to meet the need for more Primary Care Physicians in our community. In doing so, we made a commitment to provide you with personal access to both the facility and our physicians. Four physicians currently scheduling appointments for new patients will be joined by several others in the near future. Our ever-friendly and supportive staff is also available around the clock.
